At Wellshot, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.

If something you ordered isn't quite right, don't worry — we're here to make the process simple, supportive, and completely stress-free. You're always welcome to return your order for a refund or place a new order in a size or color that suits you better.

30-Day Peace-of-Mind Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.
We want you to have plenty of time to try things on and be sure you truly love them.

Before Sending Anything Back
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please send us a quick email at official@wellshot.com before mailing your parcel.
Just let us know:

  • your order number

  • the item(s) you’d like to return

  • and the reason(s) so we can assist you better

Once we receive your message, our team will guide you through every step.
There’s no need to feel rushed — we’re here to help.

(To make sure your return is handled correctly, we’re unable to accept blind or unauthorized returns.)

Return Shipping Fees
We believe in keeping things simple and transparent:

  • Return shipping fees (domestic & international) are the responsibility of the customer

  • You’re welcome to combine items from different orders into one return parcel

  • If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll gladly provide a prepaid return label — that’s on us

Refunds
Once your return arrives at our facility:

  • Our team will carefully inspect the items

  • We’ll issue your refund to your original payment method

  • You’ll receive a warm confirmation email letting you know it’s complete

Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days.

A gentle reminder:
To keep things fair for all our customers, we’re unable to accept items that have been washed, worn, or used.

Exchanges for a New Size or Color
We want you to feel completely comfortable in what you wear, so if you’d prefer a different color or size:

  • Exchanges are handled as a simple return + new purchase

  • Just email us at lumos8757@gmail.com, and we’ll help you get started

This approach ensures the item you want doesn’t sell out while your exchange is in progress.

International Returns
Absolutely — international customers are warmly welcome to return items.
Just email us before mailing your parcel, so we can provide instructions tailored to your situation.

We completely understand that things can change.
If you need to adjust something about your order, please reach out as soon as possible.
Once an order enters processing, we’re unable to make changes — but we’ll always do our best to help however we can.
